摘    要:“中油海62”平台是一艘自升式修井作业平台,最大作业水深达到40m。自升式平台要做到“站得住、升得起、拔得出”,升降系统是关键。吸取国内外同类型平台的优点,该平台采用圆柱形桩腿带桩靴配以电动齿轮齿条升桩机构,可以连续升降、操作方便、安全可靠,经济实用。通过阐述升降系统的组成,载荷分析和强度计算,对升降系统设计作较详细的介绍以供参考。

Abstract:" CPOE 62" platform is a self-elevating workover platform, with a maximal working depth up to 40 m. Jack-up system is critical for self-elevating platform to achieve the goal of "fixed firmly,jack-up conviently and leg self-drawed smoothly". Absorbing the distillates of same type platforms worldwide, the platform configures column leg with can and electric-driven rack & pinion jack-up system, with continuous jacking, easy operaton, adequate safety and desirable economic. This paper expatiates the composing of jack-up system, load analysis, general strength calculation, and makes detailed introduction of jack-up system for engineering reference.
