Analysis of opening size for ship inclined ladders

Many inclined ladders are arranged in passages during the ship general arrangement design ,the opening size of inclined ladders should be assorted with its angle of inclination for good passing effect. This paper makes discussion and analysis based on the regulation requirements,suggested size from the current criterion and experience from the actual ship experience. It also provides suggestions for the design benefits of work,combat,escape and living.
