摘    要:为了进一步推广后注浆技术在工程建筑中的应用,文章介绍了国内外关于钻孔灌注桩桩端后注浆技术的研究现状。结合工程实例,对普通钻孔灌注桩、桩端后注浆钻孔灌注桩和桩端桩侧复式后注浆钻孔灌注桩3种桩的施工工艺和静载试验进行比较分析,简述了钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术及其工艺流程与加固机理,指出后注浆技术能够消除普通灌注桩桩底沉渣等固有缺陷(桩底沉渣和桩侧泥皮),具有提高钻孔灌注桩的承载能力、减少沉降量、提高桩身质量等优点,同时给出了在后注浆工艺实施前的一些建议。

Abstract:In order to further promote the application of post-grouting technology in the engineering construction field,the present research situation of the pile-end post-grouting technology of bored pile was introduced.Combined with practical work, the construction technologies and the static load tests of three kinds of piles such as the drilled cast-in-situ ordinary piles,the pile-end drilled post-grouting piles and pile-end pile-side drilled composite post-grouting piles were analyzed and compared.The post-grouting technology of bored pile, its technological process and reinforcement mechanism were also described.Besides,it is pointed out that the post- grouting technology has several advantages, such as eliminating the inherent defects resulting from the sediment at the end of the ordinary pile, improving the bearing capacity of piles, reducing settlement, improving the quality of the pile, and so on.Meanwhile, some suggestions on post-grouting technology before construction are put forward.
