摘    要:在港口工程施工重大危险源辨识和评价理论研究的基础上,利用数据库和网络技术开发了港口工程重大危险源实时监控预警系统。系统的研究和开发有助于提高工程风险管理的系统性和准确性,减小港口施工事故发生的概率。

Abstract:The most effective way to reduce the accident frequency is carring out the real-time monitoring early-warning system of major hazard sources. Based on the theoretical study of identification and evaluation of the major hazard sources in port engineering,the system was developed using database and network technology. The systematicness and accuracy of the risk management are increased.The system also helps to reduce the accident frequency of port construction engineering.
