| Abstract: | Based on the study results of the brain storm projects during the 7th Five Year Plan as well as the 8th Five Year Plan as well as the successful experience of Yongjiang Estuary,Liaohe Estuary and Quanzhouwan Bay etc.,various control methods are proposed and the developing tendency is forecasted. |
