| Abstract: | It describes the primal problems existing in cost management of construction projects,their solving methods as well as the key link for strengthening the cost control.And it's obtained that strengthening project cost management and control must be put on the most important position in management of enterprise,as it decides the success and defeat of an enterprise. |
