| Abstract: | The emergency management system in expressway is an importation area of traffic safety management. It can bring great social effect. Starting with the present condition of traffic safety management in expressway, the requirements of emergency alert information system of expressway are analyzed. On the basis of this, an overall framework and procedures for the emergency alert information system in expressway are discussed and established. |
