留核心土环形开挖工法在隧道设计施工中的应用

摘    要:以京广线信陈段改造工程中隧道的建设经验为基础,从应用条件、设计方法和施工步骤等方面说明选用留核心土环形开挖工法在大断面隧道Ⅴ级围岩地段施工的可行性。与双侧壁导坑法或CRD工法相比较,留核心土环形开挖工法在工程投资、施工进度和施工工序转换等方面均有较大的优越性,可为今后同类工程的设计和施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:In Grade Ⅴ surrounding rock section of Large-scale tunnel on Passenger Dedicated Railway Line(PDL) and general purpose railwayl line with the speed of extra 200km/h , "Dboule Side bench"or CRD methold is conventionally used in tunnel excavation. Based on the construction of similar type of tunnels in Beijing-Guangzhou railway, the author analyzed and summarized a different construction method, e.g. Annular Pit With Core Rock Support Method (APWCRS method), which is effectively adopted in tunnel excavation. In terms of engineering price, construction speed and construction trans- formation difficulty level , APWCRS method has an obvious advantage over "Double Side bench"or CRD method. These research results can be used as reference for the construction of similar largescale tunnel.
