摘    要:分析了三跨一联连续梁桥悬臂施工不同合龙顺序可能导致主梁与支座间存在"间隙"的缺陷,用MIDAS/Civil程序分别计算了在不同合龙工序状态下,结构内力和变形的变化值。结合实例,模拟计算了当主梁与支座间分别存在1~5 mm间隙时,对主梁内力的影响。理论计算表明,当主梁与支座间存在较小间隙时(3 mm以下),采用适当的合龙工序,在具有季节性施工的地区,更具有工程实用价值。

Influence of Structural Internal Force Caused by Different Closing Order of the Pretressed Concrete Continunous Beam Bridge

Abstract:Taking a three-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge as an example,this article analyzed the probable defect caused by gaps between the main beam and the bearing.The gaps are caused by different closing orders in cantilever construction.Using MIDAS / Civil procedure,the paper respectively calculated the value of the change of internal force and deformation in different closing orders.With an example simulation,it also calculated the internal force of the main beam,considering the existence of 1 - 5mm gaps between the main beam and the bearing. Theoretical calculalion shows that when a small gap (3ram or less) exists between lhe main beam and the bearing, using ap- propriate closing order is more practical to engineering value in areas with seasonal construction.
