沥青再生剂扩散机理与扩散模拟试验研究

摘    要:从扩散理论入手,分析再生剂与旧沥青之间的扩散机理.认为温度、再生剂性质和沥青性质是影响沥青热再生中再生剂扩散能力的3个重要因素。通过旧沥青向新集料的扩散模拟试验,分析了拌和时间、施工温度、再生剂量、旧沥青量对旧料扩散转移的影响。

Abstract:Starting from the diffusion theory, the diffusion mechanism between rejuvenation agent and aged asphalt is analyzed. The temperature.the property of rejuvenation agent and property of asphalt are considered as three important factors which affect the diffusion ability of rejuvenation agent during asphalt hot recycling. Through simulation test on diffusion from aged asphalt to new aggregate, the mixing time, construction temperature, quantity of rejuvenation agent and quantity of aged asphalt which affect the diffusion and transference of aged asphalt binder are analyzed.
