无砟轨道松软土路基加固与沉降控制试验研究

摘    要:无砟轨道线路对工后沉降控制要求十分严格,路基工程工后沉降主要为路基铺轨完成后地基的残余沉降,厚层松软土路基沉降控制是路基建设中的重点与难点。结合路基不同部位要求,采用桩板结构、桩筏结构及桩网结构联合超载预压进行地基加固,通过典型工点进行现场试验测试与验证,有效控制了路基工后沉降,整个路段内纵向沉降较为均匀,区段路基满足铁路高速、安全、平顺的运营要求,加固措施有效可行。

Abstract:The control of se ground residual subsidence ttlement after constructi after the completion of on is very strict for ballastless track railway. The roadbed construction is the most important sub- grade settlement after construction. The control for deep soft soil subgrade settlement is the emphasis and difficulty in the construction of roadbed. Based on the requirements of subgrade in different parts, the measures of pile plate structure, pile raft structure and pile net structure combined with surcharge preloading are used to reinforce the foundation. Through the representative test and verification, the subgrade settlement after construction is effectively controlled, the whole section longitudinal settle- ment is more uniform, the reinforced subgrade meets the requirements for high speed, safe and smooth working. The reinforcement measures are effective and feasible.
