系杆拱人行桥无支架安装方案与施工阶段分析

摘    要:以实际工程为背景,介绍了系杆拱人行桥以钢管混凝土拱肋做为施工劲性骨架,通过吊杆悬挂系梁横梁预制节段,用临时钢束平衡拱脚水平推力的无支架安装方案;分析了该无支架安装方案对结构设计的影响,采用Midas/civil建模分析,从加载顺序确定、合理选择拱肋组合断面及加载工况优化、临时束索力调整及拱脚水平位移控制等方面对无支架安装设计施工进行优化分析。

Simple Narration of Non-brace Installation Scheme and Construction Stage Analysis for Tied Arch Pedestrian Bridge

Abstract:Based on real engineering, the paper introduces tied arch pedestrian bridge installation scheme, which the CFST arch is regarded as a rigid brace of construction, every precast tied beam and transverse beam is hung with suspender linked to the arch rib, the horizontal reaction of arch spring- ing is balanced with temporary tendon. It analyzes the influence on the structural design of the current method, and using MIDAS/CIVIL for modeling and analysis. It discusses the construction and design of non-brace installation, including such as confirming the loading order, selecting the reasonable composite section of arch rib, optimizing the loading sequence, adjustment of relevant temporary ten- don and controlling of horizontal displacement of arch foot.
