基于AM的船舶开孔管理辅助系统设计

摘    要:为提高船舶开孔管理能力,针对AVEVA Marine(AM)软件开孔管理模块功能,根据船厂设计实际生产业务需求,制定开孔协同流程,设计开孔协同规则数据库。结合AM软件的二次开发能力,开发船舶开孔管理辅助系统。以管系为例,将该系统与AM软件开孔管理功能进行对比,验证该系统在船舶开孔管理方面的可行性。

Abstract:In order to improve the ship holes management ability, in view of the function of holes management modules of AVEVA Marine (AM) software, according to the actual production business requirements of shipyard design, the holes coordination flow is formulated and the holes coordination rule database is designed. Combined with the secondary development ability of AM software, the ship holes management auxiliary system is developed. Taken the piping system as an example, the system is compared with the holes management function of AM software to verify the feasibility of the system in ship holes management.
