海洋平台火炬塔筒体结构应力分析

摘    要:针对海洋平台火炬塔筒体结构强度设计问题,采用Ansys软件的静力学模块对单个火炬塔筒体和3个火炬塔筒体进行静力分析,得到不同工况条件下的结构应力值和变形位移值。结果表明,单个火炬塔筒体可承受的最大压力载荷大于3个火炬塔筒体可承受的最大压力载荷。火炬塔筒体的分析方法和结果对后续石油化工废气处理装置的设计和安装具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the structure strength design problem of flare stack of offshore platform flare tower, the static analyses of single flare stack of flare tower and three flare stacks of flare tower are made with the statics module of Ansys software, and the structural stress values and deformation displacement values under different working conditions are obtained. The results show that the maximum pressure load that a single flare stack of flare tower can bear is greater than that of three flare stacks of flare tower. The analysis method and results of flare stack of flare tower are of certain guiding significance for the subsequent design and installation of petrochemical waste gas treatment equipment.
