打桩船定位桩底座关键结构强度有限元分析

摘    要:为避免打桩船在作业时可能导致桩架断裂等问题的发生,对桩架底座进行结构强度校核。依据中国船级社(CCS)相关规范,使用有限元软件建立某打桩船定位桩底座加强结构的有限元模型,并对航行和作业状态两种工况下的结构强度进行有限元分析,获得相关应力情况并进行研究分析,结果表明定位桩底座加强结构的强度满足CCS相关规范要求。

Abstract:In order to avoid the problem that the pile frame fracture may occur during the operation of floating pile driver, it is necessary to check the structural strength of pile frame base. According to the relevant China Classification Society (CCS) rules, a finite element model of reinforced structure of positioning pile base in a certain floating pile driver is established with the finite element software, and the finite element analysis of structure strength under two conditions of navigation and operation status is made, so as to obtain the relevant stress situation and make the research and analysis. The results show that the strength of reinforced structure of positioning pile base meets the requirements of relevant CCS rules.
