大型双燃料动力集装箱船氮气系统设计与配置

摘    要:以20 000TEU大型液化天然气/柴油双燃料动力集装箱船为研究对象,结合IGF规则要求,对确保双燃料发动机安全运行所需的氮气系统的构成及功能进行阐述。结合实船需求,对该船氮气系统的设计与配置方案,包括氮气系统工作原理、氮气发生器选型和主要设备容量计算进行分析,确定氮气系统配置及选型方案。

Abstract:Taking the large 20 000 TEU LNG/diesel dual-fuel powered container ship as the research object, and combined with the requirements of IGF Code, the composition and functions of nitrogen system required to ensure the safe operation of dual-fuel engine are expounded. Combined with the demands of certain actual ship, the design and configuration scheme of its nitrogen system including the working principle of nitrogen system, model selection of nitrogen generator, and capacity calculation of main equipment are analyzed, and the configuration and model selection scheme of nitrogen system are determined.
