摘    要:主要针对当前超大型集装箱船在建造过程中,由于舱口盖的建造本体精度偏差、运输和搁置及安装过程等问题而在后续堆箱试验过程中出现的箱脚修正现象。为保证箱脚修正的快速准确,通过研究集装箱箱脚拉线水平度确认法,解决基于全站仪的三维测量技术的数据采集、应用和现场实际操作的问题,以实现三维测量分析与现场实际施工的有机融合,提升现场施工的准确性,确保箱脚一次修正到位。通过现场的推广应用,验证此方案能够实现箱脚安装的准确性和广泛适用性,并根据此应用效果分析本工艺技术带来的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:During the construction of current very large container ship, due to the hatch cover problems in the accuracy deviation of construction body, transportation and lay-down, and installation process, there appears the container foot modification phenomenon in the subsequent container stack test. In order to ensure the rapid and accurate container foot modification, by studying the container foot stay levelness confirmation method, the problems in data acquisition, application and on-site actual operation of three-dimensional measurement technology based on the total station instrument are solved, so as to realize the organic integration of three-dimensional measurement analysis and on-site actual construction, to promote the accuracy of on-site construction, and to ensure the one-time completion of container foot modification. Through the on-site popularization and application, it is verified that the scheme can realize the accuracy and wide applicability of container foot installation, and the economic and social benefits brought by the technology are analyzed according to the application effect.
