摘    要:通过有限元分析,选取Workbench作为平台,采用MOGA优化算法分别对尾管轴承和中间轴承的长度和布置位置进行敏感度分析,得到轴系设计过程中各参数的不同敏感度,同时计算轴承布置位置和长度与轴系最大应力关系,得到船舶轴系的最佳优化设计方案。

Abstract:Through the finite element analysis, Workbench is selected as the platform, and the MOGA optimization algorithm is used to make a sensitivity analysis for the length and arrangement position of stern tube bearing and intermediate bearing respectively, so as to obtain the different sensitivity of each parameter during the shafting design. At the same time, the relationship between the arrangement position and length of bearing and maximum stress of shafting is calculated, so as to obtain the best optimization design scheme of ship shafting.
