| 摘 要： | 现代造船模式主要是以“中间产品组织生产”为基本特征,其显著特点是生产管理均以托盘管理为核心进行展开.本文重点阐述了管材管附件的集配送管理流程及相应的系统功能模块.通过建立管理模型,使计划、托盘与实物有机统一,实现其管理信息化、科学化、规范化的目的.

| Abstract: | The modern shipbuilding model is characterized as ＂intermediate production or- ganization＂, and based on the tray management. The paper focuses on the pipe /the pipe ac cessory distribution management processes and its systematic function module. Through the establishment of management model, plan, tray and assets are unified. Accordingly, informa tionized, scientific and standardized managementis realized. |
