| 摘 要： | 对海工企业焊接质量追溯管理现状进行分析并指出其弊端,将企业微信平台与海工企业原焊接质量追溯流程相结合,在此基础上设计并开发集生产信息记录、共享、报表分析等多功能于一体的焊接质量追溯系统。通过实际应用,该系统实现焊接全过程质量信息和数据的追踪与管理。在信息化背景下,为企业进行焊接质量追溯提供有益参考。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the present situation of welding quality traceability management in marine engineering enterprises and pointing out its disadvantages,the enterprise WeChat platform is combined with the original welding quality traceability flow of marine engineering enterprises,and on this basis,a welding quality traceability system integrating the recording,sharing,report analysis of production information and other functions is designed and developed.Through the practical application,the tracking and management of quality information and data during the whole welding process can be realized in the system.Under the background of informatization,it provides useful reference for the enterprises to conduct the welding quality traceability. |
