摘    要:船用钢缆固定座为铸铁件,其内部缺陷的检测主要采用超声检测技术。本文简述了针对固定座铸铁件的特点,选择双晶探头进行超声检测,更好地解决了单探头超声检测不足的问题。

Abstract:The permanent seat of marine wirerope is a kind of iron casting. Ultrasonic testing is the primary testing method of its internal defects. In this article, double crystal probe is selected to instead of single probe in ultrasonic testing, which is directed to features of iron casting and solves the problem of lacking the ultrasonic testing.
