基于振动冲击响应的船用大容量配电板结构优化设计

摘    要:在实际工作环境中,低压大容量配电板会受各种形式机械力的作用,尤其振动和冲击会对配电板造成损坏。以某型综合电力系统低压配电板柜体为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立有限元模型,通过扫频分析研究振动对柜体的影响,并根据环境试验标准,研究柜体在不同环境下的冲击响应。研究结果对提高配电板的减振、抗冲击性能以及优化设计具有参考价值。

Abstract:In the actual working environment,the low voltage and high capacity switchboard will be subject to various mechanical force,especially vibration and impact.Taking a low voltage switchboard cabinet of an integrated power system as the research object,the finite element model is established using the software ANSYS.Through sweeping frequency analysis,the influence of vibration on cabinet is studied,and the impact responses of cabinet under different environments are also studied according to the environmental test standard,which has reference for improving the resistance performance on vibration and impact and optimizing the design of switchboard.
