船厂工艺快速布局工具2.0的开发与应用

摘    要:为实现船厂三维工艺布局方案的快速生成,开发船厂工艺快速布局工具2.0。在该工具的开发中,应用参数化建模技术实现模型的参数化创建和数据关联;应用编码技术创建标准化模型构件库,实现建模程序对模型构件库的快速调用。经实际工程项目测试,该工具可完成车间厂房、生产加工设备、船坞与码头等设施的快速布局功能。该工具可显著提升船厂的规划设计质量与效率,具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to realize the quick generation of shipyard 3D process layout scheme, the shipyard process quick layout tool 2.0 is developed. In the development of the tool, the parametric modeling technology is applied to realize the parametric creation and data association of the model. The coding technology is applied to create the standardized model member library to realize the quick call of modeling program to model member library. After the actual engineering project test, the tool can complete the quick layout function of facilities, such as workshop building, production and processing equipment, and dock and wharf. The tool can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of shipyard planning and design, and is of greater application value.
