风电平台分段吊装计算新方法

摘    要:以某国内大型风电平台上层建筑分段吊装为例,对新设计的一体式上层建筑分段进行吊装方案编制并借助有限元计算软件进行方案校核。在吊装计算中,主要从2个方面进行考虑:一是如何高质量地完成计算分析,保证计算符合实际情况,得到真实的结构响应;二是对吊装布置和加强方案进行分析,根据有限元分析结果为基地建造部门提出建议,保证吊装方案科学合理。给出一种新的有限元分析方法,并比较其与常规方法的加载方式。比较2种方法的计算结果,验证新方法可真实有效地模拟吊装的受力情况。分析结果可为造船企业今后提升海洋平台建造分段吊装工艺水平提供参考和借鉴。

A New Calculation Method for Section Lifting of Wind Power Platform
Abstract:Taken the superstructure section lifting of a large domestic wind power platform as an example, the lifting scheme of the newly designed integrated superstructure section is worked out and checked by the finite element software. In the lifting calculation, it is mainly considered in two sides: the first is how to complete the calculation and analysis with high quality, to ensure that the calculation conforms to the actual situation, and to get the real structural response; the second is to analyze the lifting arrangement and strengthening scheme, to offer the proposals to the base construction department according to the finite element analysis results, and to ensure the lifting scheme is scientific and reasonable. A new finite element analysis method is presented, and its loading mode is compared with that of the conventional method. The calculation results of the two methods are compared, and it is verified that the new method can simulate the lifting force effectively. The analysis results can provide reference and lessons for shipbuilding enterprises to improve the technology level of section lifting of offshore platform construction in the future.
