摘    要:针对船舶企业在质量管控过程中对船体分段制造质量信息追溯的实际需求,提出质量信息追溯的技术方案和解决方案,并阐述船体分段制造质量信息追溯软件的设计思路和功能。该软件通过对原材料及相关证书信息、组件信息、焊缝及焊接实名记录信息的管理,完成原材料信息和焊缝信息追溯,并提供其他人性化的查看和快捷导出、下载等功能,方便其他系统对追溯结果的调用。该软件经过实际应用,可解决质量管理人员无法进行质量信息追溯的难题,提高船体分段制造质量的整体管控能力。

Abstract:In view of the actual requirements of ship enterprises for the hull block manufacturing quality information tracing during the quality control, the technical scheme and solution of quality information tracing are proposed, and the design thinking and functions of ship block manufacturing quality information tracing software are expounded. Through the management of raw material and related certificate information, component information, and weld and welding real-name record information, the software completes the raw material information and weld information tracing, and provides other humanized functions such as view, quick export, and download, so as to facilitate other systems to call the tracing results. After the practical application, the software can solve the problem that the quality management personnel can not trace the quality information, and improve the overall control ability of hull block manufacturing quality.
