船厂手工割炬系统气体泄漏对策

摘    要:针对国内船厂手工割炬系统气体泄漏问题,推荐安全性较高的手工等压式割炬及割炬系统的集中管理模式,强调加强培训的有效性,对气体检测设备、割炬阀门结构、配套工装使用及技术标准建立提出合理建议,并对割炬燃气的安全性进行对比。研究结果对减少此类事故发生及提升船厂本质安全水平具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the problem in the gas leakage of manual cutting torch system in domestic shipyards, the safer manual isobaric cutting torch and centralized management mode of cutting torch system are recommended, it is emphasized to strengthen the training effectiveness, the reasonable suggestions about the gas detection equipment, cutting torch valve structure, supporting technology equipment usage, and technical standards are proposed, and the safety of cutting torch gases is compared. The research results are of a certain guiding significance for reducing the occurrence of such accidents and improving the intrinsic safety level of shipyards.
