| 摘 要： | 海洋结构物空船的重量、重心控制是海洋工程项目管理的一项重要内容,制造过程中对海洋结构物空船重量和重心位置进行精度控制,使其达到可变载荷能力满足设计要求,并保证其确定的作业性能。介绍了系统的功能需求分析和功能设计,提出了实现系统的结构设计等主要技术关键方法。
