摘    要:基于自循环式喷吸砂设备,搭建自循环式喷砂工艺试验平台,对实现轻度喷砂的工艺参数进行研究,探索不同喷砂压力、喷砂速度条件下的钢板表面特性。结果表明,钢板表面粗糙度随着喷砂压力的增大而逐渐增大,随着喷砂速度的增大而逐渐减小。研究方法及结果可为船舶分段二次表面处理的实施提供借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the self-circulating sand blasting and suction equipment, the self-circulating sand blasting technology test platform is built. The technology parameters of mild sand blasting are studied, and the steel plate surface characteristics under different sand blasting pressure and sand blasting speed are explored. The results show that the steel plate surface roughness increases gradually with the increase of sand blasting pressure and decreases gradually with the increase of sand blasting speed. The research method and results can provide reference for the implementation of secondary surface treatment of ship sections.
