摘    要:介绍一种改进型变频通风自动控制逻辑,适用于大型商船复杂机舱通风系统。在普遍应用的基于排风温度信号和机舱内压力信号进行变频风机控制的基础上,补充若干个温度传感器(Temperature Transmitter,TT),用以对发电机室、净油机室等重点舱室温度进行监控并给予重点关注。简化变频风机的运行控制逻辑,在兼顾节能降耗的基础上使得机舱变频风机控制逻辑更加简洁高效,通风系统的稳健性大幅提高,对于其他船舶的复杂机舱变频通风控制具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:An improved variable frequency ventilation automatic control logic is introduced, which is suitable for the complex engine room ventilation system of large merchant ships. On the basis of the widely used variable frequency fan control based on the exhaust temperature signal and pressure signal in the engine room, several Temperature Transmitters(TT) are supplemented to monitor and pay special attention to the temperature of key cabins such as the generator room and oil purifier room. The operation control logic of variable frequency fan is simplified, the control logic of variable frequency fan in the engine room is more concise and efficient on the basis of saving energy and reducing consumption, and the robustness of ventilation system is greatly improved, which is of reference significance for the variable frequency ventilation control in the complex engine room of other ships.
