铝合金带筋板数控切割工艺应用

摘    要:介绍某型系列船铝合金带筋板零件数控下料的技术攻关,采用激光定位、数控喷粉划线、激光切割的新下料工艺取代采用人工划线、手动切割的传统下料工艺。新工艺的实施大幅提高铝合金带筋板零件的加工质量和生产效率,同时降低安全风险及返废率,为该系列船的高质量、高效率建造提供技术储备。

Abstract:The technological brainstorm in the numerical control blanking of aluminum alloy stiffened plate parts of a certain type of ship series is introduced. The traditional blanking technology adopting the manual marking-off and hand cutting is replaced by the new blanking technology adopting the laser positioning, numerical control powder spraying marking-off and laser cutting. The implementation of new technology can greatly improve the machining quality and production efficiency of aluminum alloy stiffened plate parts, and reduce the safety risk and repair scrap rate, which provides the technical reserve for the high quality and high efficiency construction of ship series.
