摘    要:结合800 t船坞龙门吊的建造,为解决建造过程中的实际问题,给出主梁的预拱设计方法。为保证主梁建造质量,确立主梁分段的建造工艺,并针对一些具体问题提出处理办法,以保证主梁建造精度。在龙门吊完工后,进行不同工况下的拱度测量以检验建造精度。实测值同设计值较为接近,表明所采用的建造工艺是可靠的,可为类似大型龙门吊的建造提供参考。

Abstract:Combined with the construction of 800 t dock gantry crane, in order to solve the practical problems during the construction, the girder camber design method is given. In order to ensure the girder construction quality, the construction technology of girder section is established, and the treatment methods are proposed for some specific problems to ensure the girder construction precision. After the gantry crane is completed, the camber measurements under different working conditions are taken to check the construction precision. The measured values are close to the designed values, which indicates that the construction technology adopted is reliable and can provide reference for the construction of similar large gantry crane.
