| 摘 要： | 我公司为法国制造的LDA40 000t级散货船属国内首制节能型船,该船节能装置是艉柱上的导流鳍和舵叶上的整流罩,全部采用铸钢结构。艉柱结构大、线型多样复杂,鳍薄、窄、长、曲度大,这些成为制造的难点和关键点。放样工作修正了详设缺陷,从线型、结构、加工样板和装配等几个方面为铸造提供了全面详尽的技术资料,保证了铸件加工的精度。

| Abstract: | Our LDA40 000 tbulk carrier is the first domestic energy saving ship.Its energy saving devices are stern post in fair water fin and fairing in rudder blade,which are all steel casting.The stern post frame is large,the linear form is complex,the ship fin is thin,narrow and long,and the curvature is large,which make the stern post the difficult point of manufacturing.Lofting can amend the defects,provide a comprehensive and detailed technical data for casting,and ensure the accuracy of casting. |
