船用吊舱式推进器泄漏回收系统对比分析

摘    要:对2种典型的国外船用吊舱式推进器泄漏回收系统的螺旋桨轴密封装置、推力轴轴承的冷却与润滑形式和系统原理等进行对比分析。结果表明,同时采用定点压力式泄漏回收系统和真空式泄漏回收系统,船用吊舱式推进器泄漏回收系统的精密程度、自动化程度和回收效率更高,推进器安全得到更好保障。

Abstract:The propeller shaft sealing devices, the cooling and lubrication forms of thrust shaft bearings, and the system principle of leakage recovery systems of two typical foreign marine podded propulsors are compared and analyzed. The results show that when the fixed-point pressure leakage recovery system and the vacuum leakage recovery system are used at the same time, the precision degree, automation degree, and recovery efficiency of leakage recovery system of marine podded propulsor are higher, and the propulsor safety is better guaranteed.
