On Investigation and Processing of Machine-made Sand Concrete with Tunnel Slag Basalt
Abstract:Based on the project of Yangliu—Xuanwei expressway inYunnan, through the laboratory orthogonal test, the effects of the mixing amount of machine-made sand, water-binder ratio, fly ash and steel slag on the slump and expansion of the concrete have been studied. The prediction effects of different order fitting functions on slump and expansion are compared and analyzed, and the third-order nonlinear function is used to establish and verify the prediction models of slump and expansion of machine-made sand concrete. The results show that the water-binder ratio and the incorporation of fly ash have great influence on the expansion and slump of concrete, while the steel slag has little influence on it. With the increase of water-binder ratio, fly ash and steel slag, the slump and expansion of concrete gradually increase. With the increase of the amount of machine-made sand and the proportion of sand, the slump and expansion of concrete increase first and then decrease which indicates there is an optimal value of machine-made sand concrete sand ratio and the amount of sand mixed.
