摘 要: | 监控量测作为确保轨道交通施工安全的重要技术手段,监测数据的时效性尤为重要。基于蓝牙无线通信、移动通信、数据库等信息化手段,同时根据城市轨道交通监测的具体特点,研发了一套适用于城市轨道交通监测的信息化管理系统。系统实现了监测作业流程作业项目的全覆盖,形成了“采集—运算—处理—分析—预警—消警”的闭合环路,确保了数据的真实性和即时性,为推动工程项目的溯源化管理、无纸化监测具有积极作用。通过在昆明轨道交通4号线全线的推广运用,表明运用该系统不仅提高了监测水平,降低了监测成本,也规范了监测单位的作业行为,保障了监测数据能够更为有效地指导施工作业。

Monitoring information management system for urban rail transit |

Abstract: | Monitoring measurement serves as an important technical means to ensure the safety construction of urban rail transit projects and the timeliness of the monitoring data appears to be particularly important. Based on the bluetooth wireless communication, mobile communication, database and other information means, according to the specific features of urban rail transit monitoring, a set of information management system suitable for urban rail transit monitoring was developed. This system implemented the full coverage of the monitoring operation processes and formed the closed loop of acquisition-operation-processing-analyzing-warning-alarm-eliminating, ensured the truthfulness and timeliness of the monitoring data, actively promoted the traceability management and paperless monitoring of projects. Through the promotion and application of this information management system in the Kunming Rail Transit Line 4, it showed that the application of this system improved the monitoring level, reduced the monitoring cost, and also regulated the operation behaviors of monitoring units, which ensured that the monitoring data can more effectively guide the construction. |
