碳-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘    要:纤维混凝土以其增强、阻裂、增韧的独特优势,在混凝土结构的修复、增强和更新等领域应用越来越广泛。对碳-聚丙烯混杂纤维的"混杂效应"进行了研究,结果表明,混杂纤维的掺入增加了混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度。这种"正混杂效应"来源于两种纤维在不同的结构层次和性能层次上充分发挥了自身的尺度效应和性能效应,对于纤维混凝土的应用是一个较好的方向。

Abstract:Fiber reinforced concrete has been widely applied in recovery,reinforcement and renewal of concrete structure with its unique advantages of reinforcement,cracking resistance and toughening.This paper studies hybrid effect of carbon-polypropylene hybrid fiber.The result shows that hybrid fiber improves compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete.This positive hybrid effect originates from two fibers fully playing their respective scale effect and performance effect in different structural layers and performance layers,which is a better direction for application of fiber reinforced concrete.
