开级配环氧沥青表层抗滑性能衰减特征研究

摘    要:路面抗滑是实现公路安全、舒适、高速行驶的关键技术问题之一。基于小型加速加载试验,开展开级配环氧沥青(EOGFC)表层不同表面状况下抗滑性能衰减特征研究,通过衰减特征模型模拟,并进一步根据普通高速公路设计期内累计轴载作用次数,进行开级配环氧沥青表层的抗滑性能寿命预估。结果表明:以摆值BPN45作为阈值,在不同工况下的实际车道作用次数能够达到6 104.41,3 288.27万次/车道,即其摆值BPN保持大于等于45的通车时间大于18年,说明采用开级配环氧沥青混合料面层在设计年限内具有优良的抗滑性能。

Study on Anti-sliding Performance Attenuation Characteristics on the Surface of EOGFC
Abstract:Anti-sliding of pavement is one of the key technical issues to realize safe, comfortable and high-speed driving of road. Based on small accelerated loading test, the anti-sliding performance attenuation characteristics on the surface of EOGFC under different surface conditions are studied. Through the model simulation on attenuation characteristics and further based on the accumulative axle load action times during the design period of common highway, the anti-sliding performance life of EOGFC is estimated. The results show that taking BPN45 as the threshold value, the actual lane action times can reach 6 104.41 and 3 288.27 times/lane, i.e. the operation time with BPN keeping for 45 is more than 18 years, indicating that the surface layer of EOGFC has excellent anti-sliding performance during the design period.
