摘 要: | 旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青混凝土改造工程,在外荷载的长期作用下致使加铺改造后的刚柔相接处路面出现反射裂缝,其中不协调变形是产生反射裂缝的重要原因。为进一步研究荷载作用位置、加铺层厚度、旧路结构层模量等因素对反射裂缝的影响,建立有限元数值模型,分析得出采用碎石化降低刚性路面模量是解决出现反射裂缝的有效方法,并结合实例工艺的应用,佐证了数值计算分析的正确性。

Analysis on the Numerical Simulation of Reflection Crack Control of Rigid-flexible Joint Asphalt Concrete Pavement |

Abstract: | It’s carried out adding asphalt concrete renovation project for old cement concrete pavement. Under the long-term action of external load, the modified pavement appeared reflection cracks at the rigid-flexible joint. The uncoordinated deformation is the main reason for the reflection cracks. In order to further study the influence of load position, overlay thickness, modulus of old road structural layer and other factors to the reflection cracks, the finite element numerical model is established. It is concluded that the use of crushed stone to reduce the modulus of rigid pavement is an effective way to solve the reflection cracks. By combining the application of the example process, the correctness of the numerical calculation is proved. |
