摘 要: | 针对铁路防洪工作中人工判断气象云图准确度低,无法预判降雨影响的具体线路位置等问题,设计基于气象短临预报技术的铁路精准防洪系统,阐述了系统的总体架构、数据源组成、具体功能和关键技术。实际应用情况表明,该系统可有效改善传统24 h天气预报在铁路防洪预警中的不及时、不精准等问题,能够实现铁路雨情、水情的精准判识与险情预警,提升铁路防洪技术水平,提高铁路防洪管理工作效率。

Abstract: | Aiming at the current situation of low accuracy of manual visual judgment of meteorological nephogram and unable to predict the specific route location affected by rainfall in railway flood control work, this paper designed railway precise flood control system based on meteorological short-impending forecast technology, described the overall architecture, data source composition, specific functions and key technologies of the system. The practical application results indicate that this system can effectively improve the timeliness and inaccuracy of traditional 24-hour weather forecasting in railway flood warning, implement the accurate identification of railway rain and water conditions and early warning of dangerous situations, effectively improve the technical level of railway flood control, and the efficiency of railway flood control management. |
