目前,边际油田简易井口平台在海洋石油工程中所占比重越来越大,而传统的井口平台供电模式为"主变压器辅以一对一的电潜泵变压器组合"的方式,占地大,费用高.研究了如何使用多绕组变压器的简易井口平台供电模式,以替代传统井口平台供电模式.并以某渤海某油田为例进行模拟设计,与传统供电模式进行对比.采用多绕组变压器及简易井口供电模式可减少电气设备,节约平台面积,还可减轻平台重量,减少投资费用及海上安装工程量,与传统供电模式相比具有更好的经济效益.  相似文献

为了生态环境的保护和资源的合理利用,引入并推广船舶岸电技术已十分迫切。文章首先介绍船舶靠港传统燃料供电模式的缺点,提出环保岸电供电模式的优点,并简述和分析国内外船用岸电技术的发展现状、趋势;其次介绍和分析岸电供电系统的概念、分类、比较等,并阐述船舶侧岸电系统供电方式、基本原理;继而进一步研究船舶侧岸电系统供电基础设计及关键技术,并结合一型2 500标准箱集装箱船的岸电系统设计方案、设计要点,以及不同供电方式的各指标对比,说明2 500标准箱集装箱船的电站管理操作步骤及实现岸电和发电机组并网的方法。  相似文献

在国家宏观政策的扶持下,各港区上马了一批散货码头岸电示范项目,但在系统配置上与国家和国际岸电相关标准要求略有不同。针对这一情况,研究相关的规范与标准如何与工程设计密切结合,通过对岸电低压上船连接方式和高压上船连接方式、单泊位和多泊位配电方式进行比较,归纳不同供电方式下的优缺点,提出符合现行标准的解决方案。各码头可根据泊位的情况、靠泊船型资料,采用推荐的供电方案,实现经济性与可靠性相协调。  相似文献

为实现一套岸基供电系统满足不同船型和不同用电容量船舶的岸基供电需求,提高岸基供电的可靠性、降低项目投资成本,对岸基变频电源的拓扑结构、插座箱的串联供电方式、应急电源的运行模式等进行研究,研发基于大功率储能模块的分布式船舶岸基供电系统。该系统采用集中整流和多路逆变的方式,实现一套岸电系统具备2种供电容量输出的能力;采用大功率直流储能技术,实现在市政电网故障下对船舶应急供电的能力;采用串联供电方式,实现一个输出回路给多个插座箱供电。测试结果表明,该系统的性能指标优于相关标准要求,岸电设备的使用灵活性得到大幅提高。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
