本文介绍了NJ1028/NJl038汽车后桥半轴采用非调质钢制造的试验、试制情况。通过锻造、机加工、感应加热淬火、金相、硬度、断口、淬硬层分布及机械性能的试验和装车道路试验,以及对试验结果的分析,确定了用非调质钢制造后桥半轴的生产工艺。并经过批量试生产证实,采用F35MnVN非调质钢制造汽车后桥半轴能满足产品性能要求,其硬度要求可降低至22-26HRC,采用非调质钢制造后桥半轴,可省去调质及其后的清理工序,并可避免热处理开裂,能产生较大的经济效益和社会效益。 相似文献

A stub axle is a part of a vehicle constant-velocity system that transfers engine power from the transaxle to the wheels.
The stub axle is subjected to fatigue failures due to cyclic loads arising from various driving conditions. The aim of this
paper was to introduce a probabilistic framework for fatigue life reliability analysis that addresses uncertainties that appear
in the mechanical properties. Service loads in terms of response-time history signal of a Belgian pave were replicated on
a multi-axial spindle-coupled road simulator. The stress-life method was used to estimate the fatigue life of the component.
A fatigue life probabilistic model of a stub axle was developed using Monte Carlo simulation where the stress range intercept
and slope of the fatigue life curve were selected as random variables. Applying the goodness-of-fit analysis, lognormal was
found to be the most suitable distribution for the fatigue life estimates. The fatigue life of the stub axle was found to
have the highest reliability between 8000–9000 cycles. Because of uncertainties associated with the size effect and machining
and manufacturing conditions, the method described in this paper can be effectively applied to determine the probability of
failure for mass-produced parts. 相似文献

为提高驱动桥壳的轻量化水平和道路行驶疲劳可靠性,对驱动桥壳进行6-Sigma稳健性多目标轻量化设计。首先,建立驱动桥壳的虚拟台架仿真模型,并进行垂直弯曲刚性和垂直弯曲静强度的仿真分析,将仿真得到的桥壳本体各测点变形量和关键受力点应力值与试验结果进行对比,以验证桥壳虚拟台架仿真模型的可信性。其次,建立驱动桥壳的最大垂向力仿真模型,结合耐久性强化路面下驱动桥壳板簧座处的垂向载荷谱,基于名义应力法,对驱动桥壳进行了道路行驶工况下的疲劳寿命分析。然后,选取驱动桥壳本体各截面壁厚为设计变量,基于熵权法和TOPSIS(Technique for Ordering Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)方法研究各壁厚变量对桥壳综合性能的影响。结合RBF(Radial Basis Function,RBF)近似模型和NSGA-Ⅱ算法(Elitist Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm,NSGA-Ⅱ)对驱动桥壳进行基于疲劳寿命的多目标确定性轻量化设计,获取Pareto最优解集,选取桥壳的优化方案。最后,基于蒙特卡罗模拟抽样方法和微存档遗传算法(AMGA)对驱动桥壳进行了多目标6-Sigma稳健性轻量化设计,得到桥壳稳健性优化方案。研究结果表明:稳健性优化后,驱动桥壳本体的疲劳寿命降低了12.3%,但和初始结构的疲劳寿命相比,仍提升了117%;桥壳本体疲劳寿命正态分布的标准方差下降了72.1%,说明桥壳本体的疲劳可靠性得到了大幅提升;桥壳本体的质量升高了1.8%,但和优化前的桥壳原结构相比,仍实现减重5.9%。 相似文献

Critical responses are frequently detected at the coupled torsional beam axle (CTBA) of a lightweight vehicle. However, the
freedom to modify the design of the axle shaft is limited because the suspension system must satisfy other vehicle requirements
such as steering performance. Conventional sensitivity analysis cannot provide practical information about the resonant behavior
because the analysis only identifies the contribution of the axle shaft to the behavior. This paper presents a novel sensitivity
analysis based on transmissibility ratios (TRs). The vehicle components other than the axle shaft that can be modified to
control the critical spectra are identified using acceleration responses. A multi-body vehicle model is constructed to simulate
the proposed design modifications, and the simulation results show that the vibration of the axle shaft is considerably reduced
by the modifications. Because the TRs on the CTBA are effectively minimized through the modified design strategy, the resonant
response from the axle shaft can be controlled efficiently. 相似文献

系统研究了高性能纤维素纤维、钢纤维、纤维素纤维及钢纤维混杂纤维混凝土的弯曲疲劳特性,探讨了龄期对纤维素纤维增强粉煤灰混凝土疲劳性能的影响。试验表明:纤维素纤维混凝土疲劳强度比素混凝土提高6.8%;纤维素纤维与钢纤维联合使用后,构件的弯曲疲劳性有了较为显著的改善,钢纤维掺量64 kg/m3与纤维素纤维掺量1.3 kg/m3混掺时,混杂纤维混凝土比单掺钢纤维64 kg/m3的混凝土疲劳强度提高15.4%。即混杂纤维将会充分发挥各种纤维的优势,对改善疲劳性能的作用比单掺钢纤维和纤维素纤维都显著。纤维素纤维增强粉煤灰混凝土70 d时疲劳强度比34 d提高11%。 相似文献

This study seeks a practical method for simulating the vertical bending fatigue test of the BANJO housing of a five-link rear axle. Linear static and transient dynamic finite element models are constructed for the rear axle in which the rubber bushings and the bearings of the axle shafts are reasonably modeled with solid and shell elements, respectively, for simplicity. The calculated results are compared with the measured strain histories, and the results indicate that the finite element models constructed are reasonable. The hypothesis of equal fatigue damage is applied to determine the Hainan proving ground driving life prediction that is equivalent to the constant amplitude fatigue life in the vertical bending fatigue test. 相似文献
