对带有电流变液智能阻尼器的半主动汽车悬架系统设计了一种模糊PID控制器。将半主动悬架簧载质量的位移及其导数作为模糊控制器的输入,PID控制器的3个增益参数作为其输出,利用电流变液智能阻尼器的阻尼力可随电压变化的特性来使车身的振动降为最小。仿真实验给出了最优被动悬架、固定参数PID控制智能半主动悬架和模糊PID控制智能半主动悬架在不同路面激励情况下的响应曲线。 相似文献

Summary A stroke dependent damper is designed for the front axle suspension of a truck. The damper supplies extra damping for inward deflections rising above 4 cm. In this way the damper should reduce extreme suspension deflections without deteriorating the comfort of the truck. But the question is which stroke dependent damping curve yields the best compromise between suspension deflection working space and comfort. Therefore an optimization problem is defined to minimize the maximum inward suspension deflection subject to constraints on the chassis acceleration for three typical road undulations. The optimization problem is solved using sequential linear programming (SLP) and multibody dynamics simulation software. Several optimization runs have been carried out for a small two degree of freedom vehicle model and a large full-scale model of the truck semi-trailer combination. The results show that the stroke dependent damping can reduce large deflections at incidental road disturbances, but that the optimum stroke dependent damping curve is related to the acceleration bound. By means of vehicle model simulation and numerical optimization we have been able to quantify this trade-off between suspension deflection working space and truck comfort. 相似文献

Vibration isolation characteristics of a sequential hydraulic damper, employing external pressure relief valves, are investigated via analytical means. The sequential hydraulic damper is modelled as a nonlinear dynamical system incorporating nonlinearities due to orifice flows, gas spring and pressure relief mechanisms. The damping characteristics of the sequential hydraulic damper, are compared to those of a constant orifice and a semi-active sequential damper, and discussed in view of their vibration isolation performance. It is established that the performance characteristics of the sequential hydraulic damper are similar to that of a semi-active sequential damper. A tuning methodology to achieve appropriate control of the resonant peak and effective vibration isolation is proposed. The shock and vibration isolation performance of the vehicle model employing a sequential damper are evaluated and compared to those of the vehicle model employing a constant orifice hydraulic damper. It is concluded that the vehicle ride performance can be improved considerably using an adequately tuned sequential damper. 相似文献

SUMMARY In this paper modern optimal control theory is applied to the design of an active suspension system for a motor vehicle. The road profile is assumed to be continuous and random with a power spectral density (P.S.D.) which varies inversely with the square of the frequency. The quadratic integral type performance index employed is a weighted sum of the integral squares of body acceleration, dynamic tyre deflection and relative body-to-axle displacement. A solution is obtained for the infinite time case which is both computationally and physically realizable as an active suspension in which the only continuous measurements required are the body absolute velocity and the body displacement relative to the road. The performance is compared with that of a conventional type passive suspension and found to be significantly better in practically all respects. 相似文献

An optimal self-tuning control algorithm is presented for vehicle suspension design. The controller, incorporating a weighting controller, state observer and parameter estimator, is designed according to linear optimal control (LQG) theory. Based on the updated estimates of vehicle parameters and states, and the adapted weighting parameters, the LQG controller provides the optimal set of gains over different operating conditions. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed self-tuning system was investigated and proved by simulation studies. 相似文献
