在深厚吹填砂土地基中,采用无填料振冲密实法较为普遍,但吹填砂土的级配和振冲工艺的密实电流、留振时间都会极大影响振冲效果,因此在吹填地基中进行质量监控分析,确定监控流程对确保振冲密实效果极为重要。依托科威特LNGI吹填地基项目分析可得,在吹填过程中应进行监控取样,并可依据可振冲性指数SN和级配曲线分区图对砂料进行初步评估;同时在陆域形成后,基于振前CPT进一步探查可振冲性差砂土的分布范围和深度,并在振冲施工时调整上拔间距和留振时间。经施工试验区分析确定,当选用180 kW振冲器、3. 75 m振冲间距时,在施工过程采用1 m上拔间距,施工过程中实施监控,确保留振时间达到40 s或密实电流大于420 A,满足其一即可达到密实度验收要求。  相似文献

应用振冲密实法处理大面积吹填砂地基时,常会遇到两个关键技术问题:1)如何将疏浚吹填料的细粒含量控制在15%以内; 2)深层水下地基处理时难以一次振冲至目标深度。为此,结合2个海外振冲地基处理工程,开展技术对策研究。检测结果表明:所提技术对策能较好地解决上述振冲密实处理吹填地基的关键技术问题。  相似文献

新近吹填珊瑚砂地基在施工过程中形成的软弱夹层分布范围广、厚度随机、无明显规律、工程性质差,给工程建设带来极大的难度和挑战。通过室内试验对珊瑚砂地基中软弱夹层特性进行分析研究。结果表明:软弱夹层主要以粉土为主,具有较高的塑限;抗剪强度指标比一般天然粉砂-粉土的抗剪强度指标高;土中细颗粒(0. 075 mm)含量越大,土的最佳含水率越大、最大干密度越小。  相似文献

无填料振冲密实法广泛应用于吹填地基中,本文结合澳门某陆域回填工程,对吹填区域采用振冲密实法进行地基处理,在进行处理之前通过试验区进行试验,将获得的场地处理前后场地高程、标贯击数等数据进行比对,确定了振冲密实法的振冲功率、水平振冲间距及提升高度、留振时间等施工参数。通过推荐的参数进行现场施工,地基处理取得了良好效果,可为类似工程的设计及施工提供参考。  相似文献

依托在建的以色列阿什杜德港项目,针对采用无填料振冲法进行吹填砂地基处理时出现的振冲点位局部欠密实的问题,对其成因进行取样分析研究,并参考吹填粉细砂条件下的无填料振冲施工经验,通过对现场实施的工艺设备进行优化与改进,保证振冲点位的整体密实,提升施工质量,同时建议采用激光粒度分析仪替代人工筛分法提高粒径分布检测数据的准确性,可供类似条件下的无填料振冲施工借鉴参考。  相似文献

采用振冲密实法处理疏浚吹填地基时,对吹填料有严格的要求。以科威特某疏浚吹填工程为例,通过对开挖取沙区地质资料分析、吹填过程中管头及水下取样并进行试验对疏浚吹填全过程的回填料质量进行监控,基于振前静力触探试验对回填料进行振冲适合性评估,进而为疏浚船舶的吹填施工和后续的地基处理工艺提供依据和指导意见,既保障吹填砂的质量满足地基处理的要求,又确保振冲地基处理工艺经济、合理。疏浚回填料的监控方法及措施可为类似海外工程提供有意义的参考。  相似文献

振冲碎石桩在加固软弱地基方面有其独特的优势,主要用于提高地基土的承载力和变形模量、减少地基土的沉降等。但是,由于诸如桩径控制严格、用水限制、环保要求等原因,该施工工艺经常受到一定的限制。针对水冲法振冲碎石桩施工在软弱土层中成桩直径过大、产生大量泥浆等问题,采取改进振冲设备、优化施工工艺等措施实现振冲干法施工,提高了施工效率,节约了造价,达到了预期的提高承载力的目的,具有一定的经济效益和应用推广价值。依托具体工程实例,说明了干法振冲碎石桩工艺在软弱松散土层中加固的可行性,为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。  相似文献

振冲碎石桩的成桩原理是先通过高压水和振冲器在软弱地基中形成桩孔,并向桩孔内逐段填入碎石,再利用振冲器的水平振动使填料和周围土体密实,在地基中逐段形成密实的桩柱体,与原地基土一起成为复合地基。振冲碎石桩施工简便,具有速度快、工期短、成本低等优点。通过对振冲碎石桩主要施工流程的介绍,从进场石料质量、桩位与孔深偏差、密实电流、留振时间、高压冲水量和填料量控制等方面,简要说明振冲碎石桩的施工质量控制措施。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
