通过先进的码头操作系统(Terminal Operation System,TOS),集装箱码头经营者在公司内可得到生产数据和操作信息,为生产决策提供支持,保证了码头的高效运营。但如何能够随时随地获得这些实时信息,对码头经营者来说更为重要。因为码头是24小时运行的企业,其经营者必须可以随时掌握现场实际操作情况,可以对操作流程进行及时调整,以保证靠泊(核心)班轮准班或提前离港,而这也是目前正处在困境中的大多数班轮公司对集装箱码头的最大要求。中远希腊码头副总经理孙凯作为项目负责人,带领他的团队从2012年4月开始,借中远集团要求"管理提升"的东风,开始研究基于移动设备(手机短信或电子邮件)的操作信息实时监控系统(Mobile-Based Real-Time Operation Monitoring System,MROMS),当年7月开始试运行此系统,12月正式使用该系统。目前中远希腊码头公司的管理者无论身在国内或国外任何地方,只要有手机信号,就可(按照相应授权)通过手机随时获得公司操作信息,可据此指挥或调整码头设备、工班安排,确保为船公司和货主提供最优质的服务。本期刊发由孙凯撰写的《基于移动设备的集装箱码头操作信息实时监控系统研究》一文,以飨读者。 相似文献

In order to make significant progress in design and manufacturing systems, all industries must consider integration. This
paper considers information models and functions for a computer integrated design and manufacturing system in shipbuilding.
The authors propose the product model and several alterative functions for designing a ship's structure, and develop a “ship
definition system for computer integrated design and manufacturing.” This system is called SODAS (System of Design and Assembly
for Shipbuilding). An object-oriented concept is used to develop this system. In order to define a ship's structure, the authors
propose the product models of “parts member” and “parts connection,” and the product models of “Room,” “Unit,” and “Module”
are introduced to define the compartments, internal structures and intermediate products of a ship. Therefore, all information
about a product from the design to the production stage is stored in the product model. As well as the product model, the
“design function,” “cutting function,” and “virtual assembling function” are introduced. By using the design function, any
type of ship's structure can be designed, and by using the cutting function, the design of a ship's structure can be cut into
smaller elements. By using the virtual assembling function, a simulation of the manufacture of a ship's structure can be carried

By taking into account certain boundaries of the maneuvering region, along with navigation obstacles and other moving ships,
the problem of avoiding collisions in navigation traffic areas was reduced to a dynamic optimization task with static and
dynamic constraints. In heavy navigation traffic areas and within coastal zones, correct selection of a ship's speed, when
accompanied by the necessary trajectory changes, is a crucial element of safe navigation. This paper presents a modernized
version of the evolutionary ship trajectory planning system in which a new parameter was introduced, namely changes of the
ship's speed along particular sections of the trajectory. Generally, a safe trajectory is estimated using specialized genetic
operators for modifying the trajectory. Here, an additional operator was added to the system that mutates the ship's speed.
Sample results present the safe trajectory for a ferry meeting other moving ships and navigational constraints on its way.

A ship's tail shaft has serious flexural vibration due to the cantilevered nature of the propeller's blades. Analysis of the nature frequency of flexural vibration is vital to be able to provide effective shock absorption for a ship's tail shaft. A mathematic model of tail shaft flexural vibrations was built using the transfer matrix method. The nature frequency of flexural vibration for an electrically propelled ship's tail shaft was then analyzed, and an effective method for calculating it was proposed: a genetic algorithm (GA), which calculates the nature frequency of vibration of a system. Sample calculations, with comparisons by the Prohl method under conditions bearing isotropic support, showed this method to be practical.
