Cargo volume in Pearl River Delta/HK trade going up Inland tranship goods transported between HK and the Pearl River Delta region in 1995 was 28.7m tons,accounting for 18% of the total throughput of HK. The container cargo shipped by lighter from the ports of the Pearl River Delta to HK in 1995 was 1.3m TEUs, 44% up from the year ealier. While over the first four months of this year ,the container tranship goods increased by 35% over the last same period. Now the ports of the Delta are planning to upgrade some facilities to meet the need for the growing containers.  相似文献

BOX traffic boom in Changjiang region The container transport along the Changjiang River is developing rapidly. According to Shanghai port statistics,container lines initiated from the Changjiang ports to Shanghai has amounted to 11 with 21,000 TEU monthly volume, one times that of the last same period. The rapid development has attracted quite a lot of cornpanies to engage in cornpetition. Up to now,80%of total 150 domestic international lines set up cargo agencies at the Changjiang ports. Moreover, the container boom gives an impetus to the construction, rebudding and expansion for the transport facilities of the Changjiang ports. Additionally, the transhiprnent statiorls in the hinterland of the ports and along the major highways are being established along with the boom.  相似文献

Having carried out investigations on ship collision accidents with bridges in waterway in China, a database of ship collision with bridge (SCB) is developed in this paper. It includes detailed information about more than 200 accidents near ship' s waterways in the last four decades, in which ships collided with the bridges. Based on the information a statistical analysis is presented tentatively. The increase in frequency of ship collision with bridges appears, and the accident quantity of the barge system is more than that of single ship. The main reason of all the factors for ship collision with bridge is the human errors, which takes up 70%. The quantity of the accidents happened during flooding period shows over 3 - 6 times compared with the period from March to June in a year. The probability follows the normal distribution according to statistical analysis. Visibility, span between piers also have an effect on the frequency of the accidents.  相似文献

On August 30 to 31st 2007, Mr. Jin Zhuanglong vice minister of COSTIND on the national shipbuilding work meeting clearly put forward that we should speed up our efforts to promote the strategic transformation of shipbuilding industry, and change our development objective from a large to a strong shipbuilding country. Before this, to fully carry out the "medium and long term development program for shipbuilding industry" and "the eleventh five-year program of shipbuilding development", the COSTIND successively issued the "eleventh five-year development program of ship’ s science and technology", the "eleventh five-year development program of marine equipment industry" and the "action plan of fully establishing modern shipbuilding mode (2006-2010)", which all mapped out the blueprint for making a strong shipbuilding country. On 3 May 2003,a COSCO cargo carrier “Fu Shan Hai“ collided with a Polish containership in the sea east of Denmark and sank later. It was reported that the insurance premium for M/V “Fu Shan Hai“ is as high as US$30m. It is the ever large claim case in the marine insurance history of the People‘s Insurance Company of China (PICC). Though PICC launched its emergent compensation procedure and paid 70m yuan (RMB) to COSCO, this is far from enough to fill the hole. The “Fu Shan Hai“ accident gave a hard strike on the marine insurance market, worsening the difficult situation of marine insurance in China. In recent years, we have often heard the calling for making China a “large shipping and shipbuilding nation“, while our marine insurance market has been in stagnancy, which disappoints those insurance tycoons who have been kept waiting for long time.  相似文献

This is the first industrial stan- dards regarding the admission of shipbuilding enterprises in China. In this paper, in order to predict the residual deformation of thick spherical structure, a welding program is compiled in APDL language based on Ansys and a numerical welding experiment of a welding example is carried out. The temperature field of welding was simulated firstly, then a thermal-structure coupling analysis was carried out, and at last the residual stress and deformation after welding were got. After that, the numerical experiment result was compared with physical experiment one. The comparative analysis shows that the numerical simulation fits well with physical experiment. On the basis of that, a three-dimensional numerical experiment of a thick spherical shell structure was carried out to get the changing rule of stress and deformation of a thick spherical shell structure during welding. The research is of great value to the prediction of residual deformation and high precision machining.  相似文献
