在保证抗拉强度的情况下,为降低40Cr杆件表面腐蚀并提高其表面硬度,本文设计了镍铬合金/金属陶瓷复合涂层及镍铬合金/含防污剂的微纳米Al2O3.TiO2复合涂层,并对WCCoCr、CrCCrNi、Al2O3.TiO2及氧化铬等陶瓷涂层进行了中性盐雾腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、实海腐蚀等试验,试验结果表明高速火焰+爆炸喷涂微纳米Al2O3.TiO2复合涂层综合性能良好,可有效提高杆件的耐腐蚀性能和表面硬度。  相似文献

基于VOF模型,借助FLUENT软件,对初始位置不同、大小不同的2个气泡进行了数值模拟,主要研究气泡在上升过程变形、融合、破裂等现象,分析气泡上升过程中的尾迹流,揭示了水平和竖直2个气泡相互吸引、排斥等现象,分析了2个气泡速度场相互影响。研究表明,气泡间距越小,速度场相互影响越大,气泡越容易相互吸引、融合。  相似文献

CO2电还原技术在降低"温室效应"、缓解能源危机及消除密闭环境的CO2等方面都有很重要的意义。综述了金属电极在水溶液、有机溶剂以及熔融体中电还原CO2的研究现况,包括各类金属在电还原CO2过程中所表现出的反应活性以及生成相应产物的反应机理;介绍了电极、温度、压力、电极电位和电解质等因素对金属电极电还原选择性及法拉第电流效率的影响;展望了CO2电还原的未来研究方向及应用前景。  相似文献

介绍了低压CO2灭火系统的系统组成、日常维护,分析了低压CO2灭火系统的控制原理,该系统只需手动操作释放阀箱内的阀1和阀2,其余操作自动完成。和高压CO2系统比较发现,低压CO2系统具有占地面积小,罐内压力低,安全性高,操作简单等优点。经多艘滚装船上应用证明,低压CO2系统节省占地面积效果明显,消防功能与高压CO2系统相同。  相似文献

以Co(NO3)2·6H2O等钴盐,NH3·H2O,H2O2和NaOH为原料,采用络合沉淀法在水溶液中直接制备出了纳米Co3O4,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等观测,讨论了不同反应物、反应物之间的摩尔比和反应温度等制备条件对反应产物组成和结构的影响.研究结果表明本制备工艺能够制得纯度高,分散性能好,颗粒分布均匀,结晶度较高的球形纳米Co3O4.纳米Co3O4的最佳制备工艺条件[Co(NH3)6](NO3)3与Co(NO3)2 的摩尔比为2.5~31,NaOH 与Co(NO3) 2的摩尔比为0.9~1.21,反应温度为80℃.  相似文献

聚苯胺/CuFeS2(PANI/CuFeS2)纳米复合材料不仅具有导电高聚物和氧化物半导体的优良光电特性,还具有纳米材料特有的功能性,在传感、催化、吸波和能源材料等领域有着广阔的应用前景。文中采用原位聚合法制备了PANI/CuFeS2纳米复合材料,分别采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、UV-Vis 漫反射吸收光谱和电导率测量等对所得复合微粒进行表征。结果表明:CuFeS2纳米颗粒均匀的分散在聚苯胺( PANI)基体内,PANI/CuFeS2复合材料中未存在键合作用,而只是简单的物理包覆,所以对各自的性能均未造成影响。与聚苯胺相比,PANI/CuFeS2复合材料光电性能得到有效提高,且CuFeS 2添加量为30%时其性能最佳。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献

目前国内已经出现了少量的数据挖掘相关产品。国内数据挖掘软件无论从数量还是质量上比较,都与国外软件存在着较大的差距。随着数据仓库技术的普及,数据挖掘应用的需求越来越强烈,如何缩短这种差距,研发数据挖掘软件产品成为国内业界的一个重要问题。通过引用目前国际通用数据挖掘标准技术来构建开放式的数据挖掘系统模型,该系统模型从可扩展性、可重用性、易用性等方面得到了加强。  相似文献
