为了突破船舶生产计划管理的传统方法,基于设计、生产、管理一体化的管理模式,提出了船舶生产计划辅助生成系统,利用RCPSP算法和设计、基础工艺、资源、物量等信息得出优化的工序和较为合理的生产计划,可解决该行业内各船企普遍存在的产品建造周期长、生产计划安排不合理、生产效率低下等问题,这对促进船舶制造业、海洋机械制造业及其相关产业竞争力的快速提升,争取更大经济效益具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

As the concept of concurrent engineering has emerged along with support for optimization techniques, lots of endeavors have been made to apply optimization techniques to real design problems for holistic decision-making. Even if the range of design problems to which optimization is applicable has been extended, most ship designs use an iterative and manual approach due to the difficulties of seamless integration of all related design activities. This paper proposes a process-centric management framework for the preliminary ship design process depending on these approaches. Requirements for the framework are generated based on the features of the ship design process first. The proposed framework consists of both process scheduling and process management parts. Each of these modules is divided into submodules, and the modules and their interactions are elaborated to reflect actual design practice. The designed framework is embodied within a workflow system and its usefulness examined through a pilot project.  相似文献

随着数字化、网络化和三维化技术的发展,传统的串行设计方式已无法满足现代船舶的要求。在网络环境中实现船舶并行协同设计方式已成为必然的选择。采用在windchill平台上利用java等开发技术对船舶并行协同设计的关键技术进行研究。搭建集成平台功能体系结构,实现远程处理机制,建立异构模型,进行组织结构管理、项目计划制定、执行监督管理以及文档管理。研究的主要目的是实现船舶设计的并发性、一致性和响应性,使船舶设计模式的功效得以最大化。  相似文献

船舶动力机械系统一旦出现故障直接威胁船舶安全,但是船舶服役后难以增加设备完善动力机械运行状态的监测。为此,提出了可监测性设计理论内涵,在常规船舶设计建造阶段考虑动力机械系统的可监测性,从而构建出可监测性设计理论在船舶动力机械系统设计中的工程应用框架。以远洋救助船动力机械系统为例,分析了可监测性设计理论在机械系统设计中的具体应用。实践证明,可监测性设计理论在船舶动力机械系统中的工程化实施增强了其可监测性,大大提高了自身状态监测和故障诊断能力水平,并且为船舶动力机械创新设计和机械系统的可再制造提供了保障和技术支撑。  相似文献

The shipbuilding industry has adopted IT convergence as a new engine for growth encompassing conventional production know-how and economies of scale. Brand new solutions for enterprise IT, such as three-dimensional (3D) computer-aided design (CAD) systems, enterprise resource planning systems, and product lifecycle management systems have been adopted and customized to shipyards and contribute to productivity enhancement. As part of IT convergence in the shipbuilding industry, we examine the adoption of business process management (BPM) for the ship hull production design process. Ship hull production design, a process-based task, requires the most man-hours among all ship design processes and is directly coupled with ship production; thus, improvements in this task can contribute hugely toward enhancing productivity. First, we explain the concept of the executable model, which is an essential condition for executing defined processes in a business process management system (BPMS). In addition, we analyze the hull production design task and use this as the basis of a process to build executable BPM models. Thus, we present detailed implementations and the expected effects for the BPM execution of the hull production design process. The executable BPM model of the hull production design process is implemented using Bonita Open-Solution 5.5, a representative open-source BPMS.  相似文献

海洋工程装备项目物资仓储管控具有物资种类繁多、仓储点众多、仓储环境复杂、物资调度任务交错进行等特点。为提高海洋工程装备项目的物资仓储管控效率,减少手工操作工作量,本文分析了仓储活动流程,构建了基于MAS (Multi-agent System,多智能体系统)的海工装备项目物资仓储管控系统框架,并进一步针对库位分配问题提出了具体的协商模型和决策算法,最终采用B/S架构开发了基于MAS的海工装备项目物资仓储管控系统原型。实例验证表明,应用多智能体技术可有效辅助海工装备企业进行智能化物资仓储管控。  相似文献

为解决BIM在水运行业堤坝工程中应用较少的问题,通过在传统堤坝设计方法中融入BIM设计理念,基于Civil3D软件形成一套建模、算量、批量出图的堤坝工程BIM设计方法。对Civil 3D部分功能进行二次开发,建立堤坝工程部件库,优化工程量生成与输出流程,实现BIM三维线框模型向带特殊编码信息的三维实体模型自动转换的功能。采用BIM设计方法在相关工程中进行实践,拓展了BIM在堤坝工程中的应用。  相似文献

对深水碎石整平系统进行介绍,分析了整平系统的核心装备——抛石整平头的各项性能,并给出了对应的定性与定量的分析。介绍了整平系统位于半潜驳上的刮平试验情况,对试验数据进行了分析。此试验采用西门子PLC,集合以太网通讯技术,采集GPS高程参数,采用位置算法,集成了防超差功能,对抛石头油缸进行了自动同步精度控制。试验结果表明抛石系统满足设计要求,该系统的分析可为此类工程系统的设计与制作提供参考。  相似文献

The authors previously introduced a semi-empirical formula that enabled fast estimation of the added resistance of ships in head waves, and in this study the formula is further refined for easy use in engineering applications. It includes an alternative ship draft correction coefficient, which better accounts for the wave pressure decay with ship’s draft. In addition, it only uses the speed and main characteristics of the ship and wave environment as input, and has been simplified to the extent that it can be readily processed using a pocket calculator. Extensive validations are conducted for different ship types at low to moderate speeds in various typical irregular sea conditions, and encouraging results are obtained. This relevant and topical research lies within the framework of the recent IMO MEPC.232(65) (2013) EEDI guidelines for estimating the minimum powering of ships in adverse weather conditions, which specify for the use of simple methods in current Level 2 assessment within engineering applications.  相似文献

Composite materials have been widely used in modern engineering fields such as aircraft, space and marine structures due to their high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios. However, structural efficiency gained through the adoption of composite materials can only be guaranteed by understanding the influence of production upon as-designed performance. In particular, topologies that are challenging to production including panels stiffened with pi or tophat stiffeners dominate many engineering applications and often observe complex loading. The design of stiffened composite panels against buckling is a key point of composite structures. While a growing number of studies are related to the reliability analysis of composites few of these relate to the local analysis of more complicated structures. Furthermore for the assessment of these structures in a design environment it is important to have models that allow the rapid assessment of the reliability of these local structures. This paper explores the use of a stochastic approach to the design of stiffened composite panels for which typical applications can be found in composite ship structures. A parametric study is conducted using Navier grillage theory and First-order Reliability Methods to investigate any detectable trend in the safety index with various design parameters. Finally, recommendations are made to provide guidance on applications.  相似文献
