《金康合同》释义

第13条,运价(同时标明按装货数量或交货数量付费)/Freight Rate (also state if payable on delivered or Intaken quantity),运费支付/Freight payment (state currency andmethod of payment; also beneficiaryand bank account 注明币种、支付方式、受益人及银行帐号)。 航次租船合同条件下,运费是租船人或托运人就船东提供的运输服务而以货币方式支付的报酬。运费是构成航次租船合同的最重要的导周(consideration)。英美合同法
