Fluidized-bed boiler systems have sparked the enthusiasm of many in the past few years as an answer to many technological problems as alternate energy sources are investigated. Although still barely out of the experimental stage, ship designers are mooting the possibility of fluidized-bed combustion technology being applied in ship propulsion. With a recent increase in ship capacity and propulsion performance, a wide-beam ship fitted with a twin-rudder system has been adopted in many cases. However, to improve ship manoeuvring, it is still necessary to have a better understanding of rudder-hull interactions in twin-rudder ships. Captive model tests (oblique towing and circular motion test) as well as free-running tests with a single-propeller twin-rudder ship and a twin-propeller twin-rudder ship are carried out. The effect of drift angle on the rudder forces and some peculiar phenomena concerning rudder normal force for twin-rudder ships are evaluated. A method for estimating the hull-rudder interaction coefficients based on free-running experimental results is proposed.  相似文献

Intense competition in many sectors across the maritime industry and in professional ship management in particular, means that the quest for achieving competitiveness will continue and intensify. A review of the current strategies across many sectors of the industry indicates the importance of forging stable partnerships for the achievement of competitiveness. Considering that the capability to form a relationship is an intangible resource (as depicted in resource-advantage theory), an empirical assessment in the context of ship management was undertaken. The assessment aimed to identify the type of relationships present in ship management, and succeeded in classifying those relationships into four distinct groups. The central thesis of the paper is that maritime organizations in general, and ship management companies in particular, may utilize their intangible relational resources in order to achieve competitive advantage. Based on the classification of ship management relationships, implications for managers are discussed.  相似文献

倘若按敏捷制造理论来考虑船舶建造过程,将每艘船的设计和建造过程管理视为一个项目组并以此作为盟主,则各个分段加工中心和大量的配套厂是内外盟员且可组成一个动态联盟;若多艘船同时建造,则存在多个项目的动态联盟,并形成多层次和多交叉的形态. 本文在基于CPC理念的协同平台上将船厂、客户、供应商和合作伙伴引入船舶的开发和建造过程,通过有效的协作,将质量好、全寿命成本低的船舶更快地推向市场.文中对组建船舶建造多项目动态联盟的方式及其协调机制进行了分析和研究,并用多学科分析综合的方式提出了对船舶建造系统的模式及其功能进行评价的方法,为进一步研究和探索新的造船模式提供了参考.  相似文献

针对4 500 CDWT化学品/成品油船运营中出现船尾振动剧烈、航速低、与设计航速相差甚远等诸多问题,进行实船治理。在尽可能减少改造成本的基础上,通过修改型线设计和CFD计算分析,选定优化设计的双尾船型对该船进行改造,改造仅局限于船尾机舱段设计吃水线以下部分。该治理方案达到了预期理想的设计效果,同时也满足了最经济的治理成本,可为出现类似问题的船舶提供宝贵的实船治理经验。  相似文献

本文对改进后的Dawson方法作了简单的描述,并且给出了船舶在开阔无限水深的海域、限制航道、凹型海底以及其他水下结构物存在的海域中航行时的计算例子。结果显示了改进后的Dawson方法以及计算程序的有效性,是一种可以用来预报不同工程问题中船舶兴波和船舶水动力的简单而实用的方法。  相似文献

在已建的船闸枢纽上进行船闸扩建受周边环境(已有船闸结构、配套设施、房屋)、边界条件等诸多因素的限制,设计工作难度加大。因此针对剑潭水利枢纽二线船闸工程,综合考虑枢纽水流条件、船闸通航条件、相邻建筑物安全及施工条件等因素,通过船闸错位布置、折线引航道、停泊段外放等工程措施,避让已有结构。在满足设计标准下,提出安全通航要求以及东江防洪要求的船闸布置方案,为设计提供重要技术支撑。剑潭枢纽船闸改扩建工程布置方案和相关技术措施可为周边环境复杂的改扩建船闸建设提供借鉴。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The inspection of foreign ships in national ports is a critical measure in port state control (PSC), preventing substandard ships from entering national ports. Multifarious inspection items, limited inspection time and inspector manpower are challenging PSC inspection. This research applies data mining to analyze historical PSC inspection records in Taiwan’s major ports to extract potential valuable information for PSC onboard inspections. Using the Apriori Algorithm, the analysis identifies many useful association rules among PSC deficiencies in terms of specific ship characteristics, such as ship types, societies, and flags. The general rules identified show that the items ‘Water/Weathertight conditions’ and ‘Fire safety’ are significantly related. Besides, in the analysis of the various ship types, several different rules are found. After comparing the analysis of ship types and ship societies, it can be observed that the association rules for specific ship types, such as oil tankers, have a better effect than those for individual ship societies do. These identified rules can not only help inspectors effectively spot the associated deficiencies, but also improve the efficiency of PSC inspection. The ports other than Taiwan’s ports can apply a similar analysis method to identify corresponding association rules suitable for their own inspections.  相似文献

由于船舶碰撞问题的复杂性,通常是将船舶碰撞的外部机理与内部机理分开研究。作者基于“全耦合”分析技术,建立撞击船与被撞船整船模型,成功解决了船体与流场、撞击船与被撞船的耦合。此外,考虑撞击船与被撞船同步损伤,将内部机理同外部机理同步分析。通过数值仿真计算,分析了碰撞后撞击船与被撞船的运动、能量转化以及碰撞力、损伤变形及各构件的吸能情况。另外,开展多种碰撞工况计算研究,得出了便于工程应用的极限撞速曲线,为后续的船舶碰撞研究提供了技术支撑。  相似文献
