首先建立燃油系统管网、泵阀件、油柜、蒸汽加热器、水箱、分油机分离过程以及分油机电机电流和转速的动态数学模型;然后用C#高级语言编程实现燃油净化系统仿真逻辑控制界面,并使用实物PLC控制器对仿真分油机进行自动控制,二者以通讯方式实现互连.燃油净化仿真系统的运行结果表明,半实物仿真的设计方案准确,模型精度满足仿真要求.  相似文献

Air separators provide safe, clean, and appropriate air flow to engines and are widely used in vehicles with large engines such as ships and submarines. In this operational study, the separation process inside a Ranque–Hilsch vortex tube cleaning (cooling) system is investigated to analyze the impact of the operating gas type on the vortex tube performance; the operating gases used are air, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide. The computational fluid dynamic model used is equipped with a three-dimensional structure, and the steady-state condition is applied during computations. The standard k–ε turbulence model is employed to resolve nonlinear flow equations, and various key parameters, such as hot and cold exhaust thermal drops, and power separation rates, are described numerically. The results show that nitrogen dioxide creates the greatest separation power out of all gases tested, and the numerical results are validated by good agreement with available experimental data. In addition, a comparison is made between the use of two different boundary conditions, the pressure-far-field and the pressure-outlet, when analyzing complex turbulent flows inside the air separators. Results present a comprehensive and practical solution for use in future numerical studies.  相似文献

本文对两种不同入口型式的水力旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟,湍流模型采用雷诺应力模型,并结合油-水两相流MIXTURE混合模型进行分析,得出:单入口旋流器流场切向速度、轴向速度呈偏心分布,而切向双入口型式的旋流器流场分布对称性明显优于单入口型式;切向双入口旋流器在油-水两相分离时,油相浓度沿着径向方向变化率更大,且更易于向中心区汇聚,利于分离,分离效率要高于单入口旋流器;实验结果证明了模拟结果的正确性。  相似文献

针对AUV传统均衡调节系统存在难以克服的缺陷而无法实用的问题,设计了一种新型液压均衡系统。该系统主要由油箱和安装在AUV轴线上的两个油囊组成,通过调节油箱和油囊的油量来调节AUV的姿态和浮态。同时在简化AUV垂直面运动模型的基础上,构建了深度控制、纵倾控制和浮态控制模型,并基于PID和均衡系统设计了深度控制、纵倾控制和浮态控制方法。仿真结果表明在无干扰和有干扰两种情况下,设计的均衡系统能有效控制AUV的垂直面运动;建立的AUV垂直面运动控制模型符合AUV运行特性;PID控制算法适合海流干扰下的AUV均衡控制,且具有良好的控制品质。  相似文献

鼓形齿联轴器是船舶汽轮机组轴系连接中的重要部套件,鼓形齿啮合时产生较大热量,实际运行时需通入润滑油对齿间区域进行冷却以保障鼓形齿不被烧至胶合。本文针对某汽轮机鼓形齿联轴器,对机组联轴器喷油管出口至联轴器油冷通道出口区域的流动特性进行了详细分析,研究了其润滑油冷却齿面的物理原理;并对两种不同油冷流道结构在不同喷油管进口流量下的齿面对流传热特性进行了研究,发现提高联轴器喷油管的进口流量对联轴器齿间冷却效果提升均较为显著,且改进设计的油冷流道中鼓形齿面平均对流传热系数高于原始流道约25%,冷却效果提升显著。  相似文献

The paper projects the outcomes of an introspective study into the training imparted to the seafarer with respect to oil pollution matters. Typical training syllabi were compared with the prescribed lesson plans from Model Courses to verify quantitative and qualitative training. A sample has been drawn from the Malaysian and Indian seafaring officers for the study. Curriculum exposure to marine pollution regulations, and intensity and level of ship operational issues such as bypassing the separators and falsification of record books are analysed in the study. From the questionnaire survey amongst the officers, difficulties experienced in pollution prevention practices are highlighted. Statistical data analyses have been carried out to see if there is any relationship between pollution violations, training and human factors such as experience and attitude. While training appears to be sufficient, fatigue and attitude appear to be the causal factors for oil pollution violations. The paper concludes with suggestions for improving training such as simulator exercises and case study discussions, etc.  相似文献

This paper examines the world-wide supply and demand for new oil tankers. A simultaneous supply and demand model is developed and estimated using two-stage least squares techniques and empirical data from 1972 to 1983. The relationships between tanker newbuilding orders and prices, and other relevant market factors are analysed. Major factors affecting the tanker new building market are identified. The results indicate that: oil price and second-hand tanker price are predominant factors influencing future newbuilding demand; a moderate decrease in laid-up tonnage would not induce a significant increase in newbuilding orders; shipbuilding capacity is a more influential factor for the short-run supply of new tankers than shipbuilding cost. 针对适用于水下的6英寸非金属粘结性RTP管,设计了新型的楔块夹紧式接头。使用SolidWorks软件进行了结构设计,并基于有限元理论建立了有限元分析模型,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对楔块夹紧式接头系统在极限工作内压和轴向拉伸条件下进行静态分析。得到了该新型楔块夹紧式接头系统在极限工作内压条件下的Von Mises应力、接触应力和剪切应力,并按照DNV设计规范对接头所受应力进行校核,验证了新型楔块夹紧式接头系统的设计可行性与结构可靠性,同时探究了该楔块夹紧式接头在设计制造以及安装时遇到的一些问题,给出了相关的设计、加工、安装和使用方面的建议,为国内水下油气管线的发展和使用提供帮助。  相似文献

Modeling emulsification after an oil spill in the sea   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A conceptual model for simulating oil emulsification after a spill in the ocean is presented. This paper contains the complete model formulation and scenario simulations. The model formulation is based on the most up-to-date research information available in the literature. The model uses minimum turbulence energy as a criterion to determine whether emulsification occurs. Once the emulsification happens, the model simulates water uptake and viscosity changes during emulsification. The model classifies emulsion into three categories: stable, meso-stable, and unstable emulsions based on a concept “stability index”. The model estimates the stability of the emulsion and simulates the process of de-emulsification when the emulsion is meso-stable or unstable. The model also considers the effects of evaporation on the formation of emulsification. Scenario simulations show how different types of emulsions are formed under different conditions. They also show how the emulsion stability changes with oil weathering.  相似文献
